Job Title: Quality Support Technician
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 13:00

Are you detail-driven and passionate about quality? Join as a Quality Support Technician and play a vital role in ensuring supplier quality and supporting production excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for supplier-related issues, helping to contain defects, support new product introductions, and maintain high standards across the board.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the link between manufacturing and Supplier Quality Engineers
  • Manage supplier defects and implement containment actions
  • Support new product introductions and first article inspections
  • Maintain the quarantine area and corrective action database
  • Produce weekly and monthly quality performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
  • Knowledge of corrective action methods (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
